Country Delight Escalation Matrix
At any point, in case of an unsatisfacatory resolution, customer can follow the escalation matrix
Level 1 : If the customer representative is not able to provide a proper resolution on the issue then the customer can ask transfer of the complaint to the floor manager/team lead.
Level 2 : If even then the customer is not satisfied then he/she can escalate it the customer support head. grievanceofficer@countrydelight.in
Level 3 : If still the problem is not fixed then it can be escalated to Operations Head. nodal@countrydelight.in
Country Delight Referral Program
** One user can refer a maximum of 15 new users. However, the Referee and the Referrer cannot have the same address.
** The Referrer should have done at least one recharge with LBS in the last thirty (30) days of minimum value of Rs.150 or must have done a cumulative CD Money recharge of Rs. 2000 or more in their lifetime.
** To be considered a successful Referral, the person you refer (the Referee) has to do at least one CD Money recharge of minimum value of Rs. 200.
** The Referrer gets 100% cashback up to a maximum of Rs.100 per Referee, on the Referee’s first CD Money recharge of minimum amount of Rs. 200.
** LBS reserves the right to revise the maximum cashback percentage and amount at any point of time during this referral programme. Please read these terms and conditions carefully from time to time.
** Referral bonus cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer or bonus.
** ‘Bonus’ amount in the CD Money can be used only for purchase on Country Delight website and/or mobile application, is not transferable and in no case can be used as an exchange for tender of money.
** LBS reserves the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions.
** LBS reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation at any time at their sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions
** LBSshall not be liable for late, delayed, stolen, misdirected, inaccurate credits in relation to any information provided by the Referee or Referrer.
** LBSreserves the right to hold back Cashback bonus for breach of these terms and conditions, as well as debit the bonus already credited, in case of violation of these terms and conditions.
