We provide high-speed broadband services to end consumers under the brand “ONE Broadband.” OIL also provides Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) solutions, with Broadband speed up to 1,000 M bps.

How will you connect my building and carry out the installation?
We will bring our fibre to your building’s basement or terrace using existing pathways and ducts. We will wire the building vertically using existing shafts or ducts. Our authorized and trained personnel will carry out the installation at a scheduled time without causing disturbance or inconvenience to residents. All installation and testing material will be provided by us.

What support do you require from the society to connect my building with ONE Broadband?
We require society’s permission to lay down our fibre within the premises, and space and power in the electrical room at the basement level. We may also set up an activation camp within the society on mutually agreeable dates to sign up residents who wish to avail of our services.

How can I apply for a ONE Broadband connection?
You can apply by calling our 24/7 customer care at 022 62581800 or by writing to us at care@onebroadband.in with your name, contact details, and address. Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to explain the available plans and offers (if any), post feasibility check of your location.

Do I need to pay while applying for a ONE Broadband connection?
Yes, you will need to pay the charges for the selected plan and installation (if applicable), provided your location is declared feasible.

How long does it take to install a new connection?
Once our sales executive picks up the order, a work order is immediately assigned to our trained engineer. Installation and customer visit typically occur within 24 hours.

When should I renew my service?
You should renew your account when it nears the expiry threshold of your current plan. ONE Broadband will notify you via SMS, email, or phone call when it’s time to renew.

Can I renew in advance?
Yes, you can renew your plan in advance. The new plan will activate automatically after your current plan expires.
