The Clothing Factory Return & Exchange Policy
** If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We are here to help you.
** Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product, subject to the policy applicable to that specific product.
** We only offer refunds in the form of gift cards/ coupon codes.
** We offer a free first exchange of the product for all our customers. However, additional exchanges/ returns are subjected to a freight charge of minimum 250rs.
** Please note that the free exchange is not applicable if the products are bought during any sale period.
** All first returns are subjected to a freight charge of 250 INR.
** We do not accept returns for exchange orders. However, exchange orders may be further exchanged with additional charges applicable.
** During sale periods, we offer exchanges only; refunds are not applicable. Free exchanges are not available, and a freight charge of ₹250 shall be applied.
** For gift cards, the freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
** For exchanges, if the sale period has ended, the original price of the exchanged product will apply, as sale discounts are valid only during the sale period.
** Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition.
** To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.
** Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the original tag attached.
** Gift cards/ coupon codes and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
** If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back in the form of store credit/ gift card/ coupon code.
** If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.
** Products such as jewelry items, scarves, gloves, bucket hats, bandanas, scrunchies, or any other specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
** Cancellation requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
** Please note that all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee, which varies based on your total order value
** All coupon codes/ gift cards must be used within 60 days from the issuance date.
** All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
** All products listed in the “Last Chance” section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in order to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices.
** We do not offer any refunds on orders placed via snapmint.
** We do not offer return and exchange for international orders.
