  1. Hi Team,

    This is a very bad behaviour from store manager at valasaravakkam .
    I purchased a EG series HP laptop at poorvika and I have used poorvika always for all shopping in electricals .

    This manager and store person promised that they will provide me gift of speaker and mouse and keyboard and now they are saying speakers are not available and speaking rudely.

    How can they speak this bad to a customer and now manager says he did not promise me to give it while purchase .
    I have a signed mention from the store person that pending items of a speaker in my bill .

    How can they cheat like this.If you don’t take this seriously I will raise a consumer complaint in court and you will face the consequences . Do not promise a customer what you cannot do just for sales

  6. I have procured Oppo A83 Pro Mobile on July 15th 2018 from Poorvika mobile, Yelachenahalli showroom Bangalore. It has started heating problem from next day itself while charging and talking (or) accessing any application in phone. I immediately reported this to Poorvika showroom and they told me to go to OPPO service center and take certificate of DOA with in 7 days. When I visited to showroom they told that this heating is normal and they will not issue any certificate. I am extremely sorry to say that I trusted Poorvika which provides very poor products & services to its customer. Request you to replace my mobile and provide me a good handset.

  7. Last month (31.01.2018), I purchased J2 Samsung mobile at Rs.9500 from Poorvika Valasaravakkam but next day onwards, Its not working properly. I have contacted the Poorvika but, they asked me to go nearest service centre. I am really disappointed.

  8. I bought Samsung S8 Plus on December 7th from Poorvika Mobiles Bharathi Salai Branch. Mr. Hussain and Mr. Abdul said that, I have a cash back of Rs.8000 while purchasing from Paytm. I did the same. Till now I have not received the cash back and I contacted Paytm Call Centre they said I have not applied promo code while purchasing so I will not eligible for cash back. I contacted Mr. Hussain and Mr. Abdul they are not responding now. I feel I cheated by them and I email and contacted poorvika Head office so many times. They are also not responding to my issue. Can any one tell me, where I can complaint about them so they can take necessary action with my issue.

    As I was looking  for Samsung smartphone , but your sales executive Mr Sunil told me there is a smartphone called VIVO V5 price 17999rs with 0 down payment. It’s going to launch on 26th of November 2016 , and  also I got bajaj finser EMI CARD. So as your sales executive  told me there is no any down payment only you have to pre-book to  order the mobile. So he made us to pay  500rs for booking charges they gave me the booking date as 18/11/2016.

    I also conformed twice with your sales executive that it is a  0 down payment in 7/0 scheme as your executive  promised me. But on 26/11/2016 I conformed with your executive that today, the mobile is available  in the outlet. So that I went to buy it. Your executive  told me just swipe the card and take the mobile. But the executive  gave me wrong commitment . Now the  bajaj finance scheme has been changed  to 6/1 as on today 26/11/2016. Executive  is saying me that you have to pay down payment 3000 Rs. 

    As my question is 
    1. Why don’t you inform us that the bajaj finance made all of us a  sudden changes in scheme 7/0 to 6/1 today 7:45 pm when I visited the outlet? Why don’t you inform me or through  a call, send a SMS or drop a mail to the customers?

    2. So your sales executive told that scheme is cancelled so you have to pay 3000k down payment.

    3. Why don’t you all question bajaj finance regrading all of us sudden changes and already many of the customers have pre-booked the mobile vivo v5 when it is been already promised to the customer giving a fake report.

    4. Now your sales executive is saying either you need to pay 3000k or will cancel the booking amount Rs.500. So it’s really illegal what your company is doing.

    5. Its all waste of time what you all have done to us. So you all will have to face the consequences shortly through “COURT OF LAW”  and so we planning to post this illegal thing on WhatsApp and Facebook. 

    6.Now what decision you people are going to take for the pre booked customers?

    But we had lot of interest  in buying vivo v5 mobile at Poorvika showroom , after happening this illegal we lost hope in your Poorvika  showroom. Even with so much of financial status in the current situation in India we are still coming to buy  the products,  but you  people are taking advantage of the public and not  making a right business. Please see that you are all making a right business and taking a correct decision  regarding this matter 

    Please revert back right now.

    MY NAME IS RAMESH, LAST WEEK I GONE TO POORVIKA SHOWROOM IN AVADI. THAT IS MY NEAREST PLACE FOR MY HOME.

    I HAVE PURCHASE MANY MOBILE’S THAT POORVIKA SHOWROOM. BUT LAST WEEK I HAVE GONE TO PURCHASE ONE NEW MOBILE FOR MY UNCLE.

    FIRST I ASK ANY BASIC MOBILE FOR BELOW RS. 2000. HE SHOW ME FOR KARBON MOBILE RS. 1800/- THEN HE SAID ME THIS IS NEW OFFER MOBILE AND YOUR PURCHASE THIS MOBILE I HAVE GIVEN ANOTHER OFFER ALSO FOR 16 GB MEMORY CARD.

    THEN MY UNCLE SAID TO ME THIS MOBILE IS OK PLEASE BUY THIS MOBILE IT IS SUFFICIENT FOR ME. THEN I HAVE GAVE A CASH AND SAID IT TO ASK A BILL. HE ALSO GAVE ME A BILL AND MOBILE.

    BUT AFTER GENERATE A BILL HE GAVE ME A MOBILE AND HE GAVE ME 8 GB MEMORY CARD ONLY.

    THEN I ASK TO HIM YOU SAID ME BEFORE 16 GB MEMORY CARD ONLY OFFER FOR THIS MOBILE BUT NOW YOU GAVE ME 8GB MEMORY CARD ONLY.

    THEN HE SAID ME VERY RUDELY I AM SAID 16 GB MEMORY CARD MEANS YOU GAVE ME RS.350 EXTRA. ONLY 8 GB CARD ONLY I GAVE THIS MOBILE IF YOU INTERESTED BUY HERE.

    OR YOU CAN GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP TO BUY. THIS IS THE WAY YOUR SALES PERSON’S TREAT VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.

    THEN MY UNCLE SAID TO ME HE SPEAK VERY RUDELY SO WE CAN GO. SO ASK TO POORVIKA MANAGER AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

    SUDDENLY THAT SALES PERSON ASK THE BILL AND THEY THROUGH IT THAT BILL TO BASKET AND SPLIT THAT BILL ALSO.

    I AM ASK THE MANAGER WHO IS THE MANAGER ANOTHER PERSON BUT THE SALES PERSON CAME TO NEAR ME AND SAID TO ME HERE GO TO OTHER SHOP AND BUY THE MOBILE.

    HERE NO MOBILE PROVIDE TO YOU. THIS IS WAY TREATED FOR A VALUABLE CUSTOMER’S. I AM VERY VERY SHAME ON YOUR POORVIKA SERVICE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME.

    BUT YOUR SALES PERSON WRONGLY BEHAVE ME AND MY UNCLE ALSO. AND AFTER BUY THE MOBILE. I ASK THAT PERSON NAME.

    BUT YOUR SALES PERSON (I DON’T KNOW THAT PERSON NAME) BECAUSE HE IS NOT TELL HIS NAME.

    HE SAID ME VERY RUDELY YOU CAN GO TO COMPLAINT ANY WARE AND ANY PLACE AND YOU CAN GO TO CONSUMER COURT ALSO.

    THIS IS VERY VERY SHAME ON POORVIKA HIGHER AUTHORITY PEOPLE’S ALSO.

    FIRST I CAN SEND A COMPLAINT TO YOU. SUPPOSE YOUR NOT TAKE ANY ACTION THAT SALES PERSON THEN I CAN MOVE TO THIS CASE CONSUMER FOURM.

  14. I bought a MICROMAX MOdel E485 mobile from your Villivakkam Br, through your central sales office on 19/05/2016. Since it showed a good features in Micromax Website and was a new product, I chose that. The Mobile was getting heated during Charging as well as while talking. On 6th of June the screen went black and with stripes. I gave it to easycellcare, your authorized service center, at Ambattur, Chennai-53. Refer my mails to Customer care Micromax copy to easycellcare on 24/06/2016,04/07/2016,23/07/2016, and my telephonic conversation with your customer care executives “THRICE”. Till date I do not know any thing about my condition. Kindly either payback the Mobile price of Rs.13999/- or with any other model with the same configuration to me. I wish to inform MICROMAX, EASYCELLCARE,POORVIKA MOBILES that I will proceed with consumer court and with powerful all India level medias as a disappointed customer forced by the above said three companies, Manufacturer,Trader,Authorized service center. Please read my pleading worried earlier mails. As a senior Citizen aged 70 years think of the mental agony I am undergoing. Kindly do the needful and Oblige.

  15. Last week my sister bought a mobile IN T NAGAR BUS STAND OPPOSITE POORVIKA. Mobile is OK but my sister got bad experience by sales person Named Murugan. He started fighting with my sister and brother in law and teasing and scold in bad words.
    We are customers not a third person. We get hurt lot. Please take action.
    Always I am a poorvika customer.

    1. I am a sales manager. I bought Celkon tab 8700 on 24-7-16. But today 19-11-16 there was a problem in tab. So we went to Poorvika Madurai Simmakal Alagendiran auto mobiles. They said that in tab backside it is not attached warranty and srew. The manager Jagadheesh was asking me silly questions. It was irritating me. Please train him to handle customers.
