Delivery Charges

Online Payment :
** If you make the payment online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking then Shipping is completely FREE across India if the total order amount is above Rs 149/-
** If the total order amount is below Rs 149/- then the shipping charges will be Rs 50/-

Cash on Delivery :
** Cash on Delivery is available on selected Pin Codes across India. The COD availability can be checked at our website on the Check Out page
** COD facility is applicable on minimum order amount of Rs 149/- and there is Rs 50/- extra charge for availing COD facility

Delivered Time :
** If the order is placed before 2 pM then it will be dispatched on the same day otherwise it will be dispatched on the next day
** Orders placed on Saturday after 1 PM and on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday
** As soon as we dispatch the order we will send you the tracking details on email to track it online
** The order will be delivered within 4-5 Working Days on Tier-1, Tier-2 cities and in case of Tier-3 cities or remote places, the delivery will take 7-8 Working Days

In Metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore etc.: 4-5 days

In Tier 2 cities like Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore etc.: 6-7 days

In Tier 3 cities like Dehradhun, Shimla, Vellore etc.: 8 days

Wes understand that peole are unsure about purchasing anything online since they cannot see the quality and fit before purchasing that is why we have designed the guidelines in a way that helps customers purchase anything of our brand without having to worry about after purchase problems (although we take no garuntee on our quality too)

Following conditions must be satisfied for being applicable for return :
** The product being returned can be USED and all the Tags and Labels MUST BE INTACT
** Our team will not check the product before approving it for replacement or return. We’ll accept what you give.
** You must send us the product back WITHIN 45 DAYS from the date of delivery
** The Exchange Policy (The entire refund / return procedure takes about 2 days)

I have received the Wrong / Faulty product. What to Do ?
** If you have received the wrong or faulty product from our side then just drop us an email at hangoutstorez AT gmail.com and send the order back to us via any courier on the following mentioned address.
** Please put a note inside mentioning your ORDER ID and don’t bother mentioning problem with the product.
** We will not check the product if it is unused and meets the above mentioned requirements and will send you the new products.
** We will not reimburse you any courier charges.
