Shipping Policy :
** We understand our customer’s curiosity to receive- see, touch and feel the product as soon as they place an order,
** and considering that we ship all our orders on the same day all over the country.
** We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us.
** International shipping charges apply, and vary from country to country.
** Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
** If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
** While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** Please note that a service fee of Rs. 69 will be applicable on all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
** Due to security reasons, COD option is not available on purchases above Rs. 15,000/-

** Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped in a nice box with bubble wrapped in it, invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulation & a warranty card.

Exchange Policy :
** The exchange is possible only if the product is of incorrect size, damaged or defective.
** All our products are sent with a tamper proof tag stating ‘Return Policy Void If tag is broken’. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box and the tamper proof tag is intact (Not broken).
** The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage with all the original packaging and materials included.
** If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won’t be able to offer the exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
** In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. One way shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

** Pack the product and courier it to the following address with the original gift box.
** It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packed and the gift box should be with a protective cover or bubble wrap so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
