Block ATM Card

You can now Block your ATM cum Debit Card through INB, in case your card is lost or stolen. Follow these simple steps to immediately block your card:
Step 1: Login to onlinesbp.com with your username and password.
Step 2: Select “Block ATM Card” link under the “e-Services” tab.
Step 3: Select the Account, under which you want to block your ATM cum Debit Card.
Step 4: All the Active and blocked cards will be displayed. You will be shown the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card(s).
Step 5: Select the Card, you wish to block and click “Submit”. Verify the details and confirm.
Step 6: Select the mode of authentication as either SMS OTP or Profile Password.
Step 7: On the next screen, enter the OTP password /Profile password as chosen earlier and Click “Confirm”.
Step 8: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of your ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference.

  1. Simply send SMS to 567676 as follows BLOCK (SPACE) XXXXXXXX is last 4 digits of ATM card and then send from registered mobile number. That’s all

  3. I have three fixed deposits in your bank at NR SQUARE Bangalore for which the maturity dates were on 2.2.17, 4.2.17 and 7.2.17 inspite of giving form 15G on 2.2.17 TDS was deducted for all the fixed deposits kindly ask your manager to revert the entries.

  8. It is the worst customer services. Your customer care no is only for fulfilling the formality but if at any time I want to call, it is not being to be connected. I think that problem is only it’s a government bank.

  9. My atm card has worn out and the atm has stopped accepting the card. Some portion of magnetic strip has peeled of from the atm card. Please let me know the procedure for getting the replacement of atm card.

  14. WHAT ARE THE RULES OF CASH WITHDRAW. IN C.C. ACCOUNT. WHEN MY SON IS GOING TO WITHDRAW AMOUNT BY SELF CHEQUE BANK MANAGER DID NOT GIVE HIM A PAYMENT BY SELF CHEQUE. PLEASE INFORM US. WHY? WHAT A RULES OF RBI? WHAT IS THE BANKING TIME IN OUR CITY? THERE IS TWO BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT BANKING TIME MENTION. WE CANT UNDERSTAND TIMING ALSO.

  15. I am keep trying to contact in kichha Branch, Udham Sing Nagar (U.K) but no one is ready to picking up the landline phone. I want to know about education loan. My husband having education loan from same branch in the name of Deepak Tyagi Loan A/c No:- 65074539805 we want to pay off the entire loan amount by the end of August’16. So, Please let me know how much balance is left to pay off as well as what would be procedure?because me and my husband both are working and live in roorkee so, its not feasible to us to visit Kichha branch randomly.

  16. I am using Internet Banking through my saving account.

    I am deposited Electricity bill on 30th Nov., at 17:17 PM or 17:23 amounting to Rs.2870/- each.

    The same amount deducted from my saving account, but receipt for the same could not be generated or bill shows pending.

    Kindly advise in the matter accordingly.
