Shipping :
** The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5-6 working days.
** Your order can be tracked by contacting our Customer Care Centre.
** Our products are shipped on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** Although we strive hard to deliver your order on time, due to a load with the courier, an estimated delay of 2-3 days might be expected.
** The availability of reliable courier partners in your location may decrease the delivery time.
** We partner with only reputed courier agencies in order to ensure timely delivery of the products in good condition.
** While we shall endeavour to ship all the products of your order together, this may not be possible due to product characteristics and availability of the products.
** Please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care Centre if the product delivered is not in good condition, tampered with or damaged.
** We shall make our best efforts to ensure a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Return and Refund Policy :
** We, at OK Play, aim to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases.
** In order to make the experience hassle-free for our customers, we have laid down a simple Returns Policy.

Product Dissatisfaction :
** In case you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will gladly accept the return, if informed within 15 days of the receipt of your order.
** The product should be returned ‘UNUSED’ and in the same condition as you received it and in the original box and packaging.
** OK Play reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is open when received at our office, or if the product looks used to us.
** The Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping, if any, will not be refunded.

Wrong Product/Damaged/Defective Product Received :
** If the product you receive is in any way incorrect, damaged or defective, we will refund 100% of the product cost, if informed within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

In exchange you can either ask for a replacement of the same product or choose another product of the same value.

Refunds :
** In case you wish to get a refund for the product, the procedure is as follows
** The refund of the returned product will be processed once the product reaches our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is ‘UNUSED’
** and is damaged /defective /in-correct as the case of complaint may be.
** We will refund the product cost (minus the Cost of Logistics and Gift Wrapping) paid by you.
** The refunded amount will be credited to your OK Play account.
** The amount can also be refunded to you directly through a cheque.

Cancellation :
1.1. A customer can cancel an order by contacting/informing our Customer Care Centre before the product has been shipped. Under these circumstances the customer will be entitled for refund.
1.2. Once the customer’s order has been shipped but is yet to be delivered to the customer, the customer may still cancel the order by contacting our Customer Care Centre. The customer will be eligible for refund only when OK Play receives the ordered item back through courier.
1.3. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product is delivered to the customer.

2. Cancellation Process :
2.1. The cancellation request shall be initiated only when the customer contacts our Customer Care Centre and requests for the cancellation of the order. OK Play will ensure a fast, smooth and convenient cancellation process.
2.2. Once the cancellation request is created, the time required to initiate the refund against the product(s) returned to OK Play is a maximum of 1-2 working days. An email for notifying the same shall be sent to customer’s registered email address.
2.3. Despite that the order status shows the product(s) in the customer order as ‘SHIPPED’, the cancellation request shall be processed with our logistics partner. The customer’s refund shall be processed soon after OK Play receives the cancelled products(s) back.

  2. This is to remind you that your department has been sitting over my complaint since a year and I am going to report this matter at the consumer court since your people have made no appropriate response.

  3. A damaged product was delivered about three months back to Little Friends School Gomti Nagar Lucknow. I have made the payment and returned the product but no action has been taken from your employees expect for a stray phone call or two with vague assurances that they will get back in 5 minutes. Truly disappointed by your whole setup. Kindly resolve the issue ASP.
