I have just taken the connection about 20 days, my first experience is that the network is not proper, the signal is off every 3 days and I have to call the guy who has provided the connection, but he never shows up, moreover I am trying to get some government websites open for my work, but it says this network is not a secure network, therefore it's inaccessible, whereas its opening at the cyber cafe. I called the concerned person but all invane. I don't know whether its worth it to use such networks who do not have any accountability towards their customer.
If there is any Broadband service at Mangawadi, Girgaon, Mumbai 400 004, Please intimate me.
The product quality is not good.
We used our IN2NET connection last 3 years At Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). But from one year we face so many problems on our connection. Connection is auto disconnected some time couple of hours and some time same problem will be faced on whole day. And to your local Representative when we ask regarding call them at that time they will not respond our call. Even if they pick any call they will ask us some information just like LED came at router or not/switched off and start again within 10 sec. We follow all the technical step but they did not work. So we call them to visit our place and resolved problem regarding. but they did not come whole day. They came at our place at evening.
