Hi Concern Person –
I request you to help me in regards to the land line installed couple of months back with a package deal as 699 on monthly plan, but I received a bill of Rs.1200 TO 1400 ON EVERY MONTH. I like to disconnect the connection or change the plan to 699.
I am in USA and returning in July,2016. I want the phone and broadband reactivated from 15th July.
I can only communicate through email now.
Whom should I contact?
I have shifted my resident from # 37,4th cross,vinayakanagar BSK 1st stage,and now I am residing at Arehalli,# 407/3, timber leaf apartment,Bangalore. I have surrender the landline phone to the BSNL exchange. Now I have taken new landline connection to my new house. Now I want to know when I will get back my deposit amount and to whom I should inquire regarding deposit amount.
