I purchased preethi Blu flame Gas stove and install on 5th September 2016 from first day itself stove is not working complaint given Adyar ( Chennai) office no body turned up and also complaint given to head Office. No response from your side. I am very much upset.
I am residing at Kolar in Karnataka. On 12.09.2015 I have purchased one PREETHI mixer grinder MG-139 Blueleaf Platinum from a local dealer here at Kolar . It was giving good service. But today morning it developed some problem and it stopped working. Can you please advice me as to whom I should approach to get the problem solved? The local supplier is not bothered about after sales service which I experienced when my washing machine had some problem.
