Electronics purchased online covered by warranty :
** All Electronics sold on sattvastore.com are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer.
** They come with minimum 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand’s Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
** All Electronics are covered by free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

Delivery charges :
** sattvastore.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 500/- or more. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged as delivery charges.

Estimated delivery time :
** The minimum time for delivery of the product would be 7 working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
** It may differ from one item to another and on the address it is shipped to.

Delivery be done :
** We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your non-electronics items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
** All Electronic Items are Insured for theft & damages during transit.

Duplicate transaction for the product purchased :
** If the Customer is found to be paid twice for one product then, customer would be getting the refund for duplicate transaction,
** which may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

** There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges.
