About Us

As the country looks to create world-class infrastructure, Mass Rapid Transit System is being developed across Indian metros to provide a fast, easy and comfortable commute through high-speed trains. Reliance Infrastructure has partnered with MMRDA in Mumbai to successfully implement a world-class mass rapid transport system for the city of Mumbai.

Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Corridor Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) project was awarded by Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) through a global competitive bidding process on Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) framework to RInfra led consortium in 2007. This was the first metro project awarded in the country on a PPP basis and entails design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of about 12 km elevated metro with 12 stations enroute

When I reported same to Andheri Metro counter, I was told to inform the card number which I had not stored. Please help me to find my card number so that I can have the balance in the card transferred to the new one. I believe there are 22 trips balance. Right now I am using my stand-by prepaid card Number 2000092808 which was taken simultaneously with my lost pass.

  5. I was traveling from metro on 31 August 2016. I lost my wallet in local train. Somebody stole my wallet in central railway. I came to Ghatkopar Metro and ask to Mumbai metro employee (Mr.Mohammed patel) to do online recharge. He told me NO. After sometime he asked me any problem may I help you. I told him that my wallet is stolen in central railway I am out of cash. That employee suddenly given me 50 Rs and told me that purchase a ticket and travel. After this I asked as how can I return the money. Employee told me don’t worry whenever you travel next time give me the amount. I am very thankful to Mr. Mohammed patel who is working at Ghatkopar station and congrats that reliance Mumbai metro have such a helpful staff. I love to travel by Reliance Mumbai metro.
