    Date : April 28th -10.30 PM

    Vehicle break down after 3 hrs of journey. Waited for more than 3.5 Hrs, no response from customer care, 24/7 call center. Made own arrangement to reach destination. Through out the travel AC was not working. Please confirm receipt of compliant and action for refund and additional expenses incurred.

  2. Very very bad, they cancelled bus. And they didn’t inform also, booking office is locked, the agent told to take alternative and ask customer care for ticket refund, very worst service even in Madurai. Please don’t opt. SETC is better than this poor SRM transport.

My son booked ticket on 22nd November 2018 to travel from Chennai to Udumalpet on 24th Nov2018 in SRM transports with seat no L13 ticket number TMCJ98263204 and PNR number RBAEC7AC3 and bus fare is Rs.876.00 through RED Bus but the bus was cancelled and was informed fare will be refunded but still now it has not been done. I contacted the customer care number and could not get responsible response.

  4. Very worst experience from SRM. Last minute, I got a message like bus got cancelled due to maintenance and no alternative. It is not a correct procedure and still I have not get refund.

  5. Worst service. As a travel agent, I never book in SRM until customer asking particularly. My bad luck, I booked in SRM for my personal travel. They simply changed the bus and allotted the last row sleeper berth. Its horrible to travel in last row. Berth width and length also very less. Couldn’t blame drivers also. I know in customer care, they won’t respond. So I did not give complaint. But if I take vomit then it is not my fault. Route-Chennai to Nellai and date-17.02.2019.

  6. Worst bus service I have never ever seen. What do you guys thinking about us human (or) some crap. There are so much of inconvenience services. Worst call service, worst bus maintenance, working people are very rude and hard. Better you guys will close your bus service and do some other activities. You are not fit for this.

  7. I booked two tickets from Chennai to Velankanni on 16.11.2018. I cancelled my tickets. My transaction ID is WB11786B4. Still I have not received money.

  8. I have booked a sleeper ticket in SRM bus from Trichy to Chennai for 8/11/18, 10.45pm. Bus maintenance is very worst and blankets are very small looks like towel.

  9. I was in SRM bus from Velankanni to Chennai on 22/10/2018. It started at 10 PM but the bus went on oil leakage and they were saying bus is on the way and they switched off the AC and I was having a baby and boarding the bus KA51A8904. Worst service.

  10. SRM TRANSPORT IS VERY WORST SERVICE, PAN NUMBER IS RBADC271D. WE BOOKED FOR THE SRM BUS, AND BUS TIME WAS 6.00PM, BUT AROUND 3.00 PM ON THE SAME DAY TRAVEL AGENT AT THE POINT INFORMED AS THE BUS WAS CANCELLED DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM, BUT ACTUAL REASON IS LIMITED SEAT WAS BOOKED REST ALL THE SEATS WAS FREE SO THEY CANCELLED THE BUS. WE FOUND SO MUCH DIFFICULTY TO GET BACK TO OUR DESTINATION . WE ARE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND ALSO, NO RESPONSE IN THE TOLL FREE, THEY ARE NOT PICKING THE CALL. HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SERVICE.

  11. I WANT TO TRAVEL FROM SATTUR TO CHENNAI, PLEASE PROVIDE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF DRIVER.

    I have booked tickets through SRM transports page for Pongal on 12JAN18 from Bangalore to Tuticorin and on 15th January 18th form Tuticorin to Bangalore. However I am not able to see these booked ticket in my ticket history. Can you please provide me a number to contact you guys directly or help me by confirming if the tickets are active?

  16. I traveled on 27TH February 17 Chennai to Pattukottai. Your bus windows totally collapsed. What kind of bus you are providing to us. This is minimum requirement. When I asked your employee he was not helping, instead he was rude.

  17. I have booked ticket on 2nd Feb 2017 to orathanadu. My departure time is 10 pm & place is in front of Hindu mission. I was waiting around 11.43 pm. No one called to me. Worst bus service in SRM transport.

  18. SRM is the worst bus ever, they don’t have the ability to cancel a bus ticket even if we don’t use the service.

  19. The 6 am bus to Bangalore from Chennai departed only after 7 on December 26th. What is the reason? Is it late arrival of diesel vehicle! After reaching sharp at 5.30 am, the ‘reporting’ time, braving the cold, ordeal passengers should not have been subjected to. Shame on you SRM Group.

  20. I have traveled with my wife from Velankanni to Bangalore by your bus but it has been a nightmare. The bus has been impounded by Traffic Police at Karaikal. We had to hire a taxi to reach the destination but despite sending mail to your Chennai office helpline, we have not received any response in terms of refund of expenses nor even the cost of tickets paid by us. This is ridiculous.

  21. I have planned and booked AC Semisleeper ticket in SRM Transport from Tirunelveli to Chennai on 26/5/2016. I was asked to report by 9:45 AM. I reported to travel office by 9:30AM itself. The scheduled departure time was 10:00AM sharp but the bus departed by 11:20 AM only. When asked on this they gave worst ever reply by Office people and Driver. They are asking to board down if we raise the complaint.
    Also there were AC breakdown by 3:30aPM near Vembur. From 3:30PM to 8:30PM we were traveling in an sweaty, Closed uncomfortable travel. Still now there is no alternative arrangement has been made or the issue is solved.
    The worst ever service we ever had.
    I need complete refund of Ticket fare to my account. Or else I will file a case against you in Consumer court. This is gonna happen..
    I need proper and quick reply.

SRM transport ticket checker in chennai is worst he don’t even know how to speak with traveler,in some websites ladies seats was not mentioned if gents booked on that unknowingly it automatically changes to female. Please check that then please change checker in Srm transports,chennai he is unfit for the job.
