How to download the invoice?
After processing your transaction, a link to download the digitally signed e-invoice will be sent through our web-message within 3 days from the date of receipt of the cheque/DD (or date of credit). Also a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email ID which is registered in our record. Alternatively, go to ‘Help’ menu ? ‘e-winman’? ‘Download Invoice’.

I want Pro-forma invoice / Invoice before making payment?
To generate pro-forma invoice, go to ‘Help’ menu ? ‘Renew now’ ? click ‘Send Payment Details’ ? click ‘Pro-forma Invoice’.

How to make the payment towards purchase / renewal of the software? OR Where do I get Bank Account details of Winman?
Go to ‘Help’ menu ? ‘Renew now’/‘Buy now’ ? ‘Payment Options’.

How to purchase additional license along with renewal?
Go to ‘Help’ menu ? ‘Renew now’. Now, in the e-purchase window, along with renewal details enter the quantity of ‘New’ ‘Additional’ licenses you want to purchase in the ‘Qty’.
