** ICC’s aim has always been to provide the best of services for utmost satisfaction of subscribbres by providing instant redressal to subscriber grievences

** In order to achieve the goal of providing the highest standrads of service, ICC has a dedicated telephone line (020-6609 4444) currently available from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm 7 days a week
** Subscriber can also access customer care 24 hours a day by logging on to the website ICCNETWORK.NET.
** In due course ICC palns to provide 24×7 access voice based customer care as well

** ICC carefully picks the customer care staff ensuring any caller will always have a positive and productive interaction.
** The staff is also well trained to offer a detailed explanation of the feature and benefits available on STB
** ICC’s Customer Care is additionally responsible for customer coomplaints.

** The default SLA followed that the field staff respond to the customer within a maximum of 30 minutes where a callback or followup is requuired.
** Incase an engineer needs to visit the customer, such visit happen within a maximum of 4 hours from a time a visit is committed ICC also mandates that all complain must be resloved on the same day

  1. worst internet connection and worst of all is there engg and linemen worst worst 5 month have passed every day the connection goes out for two to three hours and when we call the lines men they tell us to gv complent to the customer care and when we call the customer care we have to call them hr and hr then we get to them worst worst

  2. Icc cable monthly charges increased without any notice.I have not added any new channels.They donot justify increased charges why,?

  3. ICC internet in kondhwa is very bad in since Aug 2020.
    Internet is getting completely down at nights and for sometime on complete weekends.
    Service to resolve and also not at all good. They work on their own normal pace. So willing to solve asap.
    Customer care number for kondhwa is not answered most of the time. and they just give false reasons always.

  4. Experiencing distortion in the network from last night. Contacted customer service, solution given didn’t work. Asked person to visit my place, executive promised to send one by 10:30 am. Still waiting for the person to come to my place…seems like he is coming all the way from other part of the world for my assistance. Fed up with the assistance. Fooling people and extorting money. I am going to take this up on consumer forum as this is the second time this has happened.

    Need resolution to my concern today itself or else can’t pay your fees for the services I am unable to enjoy.

  5. Worst customer service ever. Trying to reach your customer service but no one is answering the phone. Paid the money but still STB is not working.

  6. Worst service provider in Wadgaonsheri, Pune. The settop box which provided by Wadgaonsheri branch seems to be 1857 Year. It always throws smart card failure error. Even after filing complaint, it wont work. Technician comes in and take the set top box with him and after few hours they came back with the same set top box.

  7. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY & NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

  8. The worst Company I have ever come across. Mr.Sameer, the manager covering Hadapsar is absolutely muted. He is not even answering my SMS (or) calls. I am still waiting for my deposit refund for well over two months. I have contacted every single person. Yet I am still waiting. I was told 4 working days. What else can I do to get my refund? How much more longer are they going to make me wait? Will I ever get my money back? My suggestion to all the customers who have paid the deposit. Keep the box. I have sent so many e-mails to the support people.

  9. I am using ICC cable services for more than 10 years. The services were adorable in starting, but now a days I am paying the bill on time but still the services get disconnect every month. This type of service is spoiling ICC cable networks name. Please fix this asap.

  10. The worst Service ever I seen, Guys do not use ICC Cable or Internet Services at all.

  11. Wadgaon Sheri Customer:
    It is such a pathetic service providing by Customer care executives. Also there are no any other bank options available except Axis bank for online payment. Call centre executives directly asked to send a mail on customer support e-mail id with their names, like they knew that nothing will happen and no any action will be taken against them if they used too much abusive language with customers on call.

    Such a disgusting and ridiculous service provided to the customers through ICC Cable Network. Also customer care executives as well as area service provider are not ready to take a feedback against this silly kind of payment option available through online. I hope that this feedback or suggestions will be considered seriously and I will definitely get a positive response on it, within 2-3 days.

  12. I am currently having Saif Cable network of ICC at kondhwa Pune. But not happy with the distributors as well as service at all.

    The ICC cable is not worked so well. Once in a week it will be gone for whole day. And this is happening at regular interval. When we call to the saif cable distributor, they say work is going on , server is done. It will resume in 2 hours but it takes almost 24 hrs to recover. When we crosscheck with ICC customer care numbers, we get reply that ICC cable is working fine from our side. Please contact your distributor only.

    I think Saif cabe distributor is not able to handle the situation. Because of that ICC name comes into picture in a bad way. After all they are selling ICC cable.

    But for taking monthly payment, SAIF cable guys are very prompts.
    I would like to mention one incident here. 3 months before I had told saif cable guy that for next two months we are going to our native place. So please cut the ICC cable from your side. Accordingly he did it that too. Once we came back and told him that you can continue now ICC cable. But he had taken those 2 months payment from me as well for continuation. So he had taken 1000 rs from me for discontinuation during those 2 months.

    Now recent example is The saif cable guy – Riyaz didn’t come yet to collect monthly payment to our home for this month. And since morning ICC CABLE is not working. Now I had called saif cable network to check the issue. Tanvir the owner of saif cable says you didn’t pay the bill for this month so he disconnected it.
    If your guy comes only we can pay him.
    It is a request to ICC cable network that please select distributors carefully. At least they should be educated, good manners, should know how to talk with valuable costumers, should solve problems quickly if cable gone. At least they should answer properly to the questions or problems related to ICC cable.
    Saif cable is totally wasting of money as well as our Value of time.

    Please suggest something on this.
    And that’s why I am looking for other good and educated distributor of ICC at Kondhwa Khurd Area Pune.

    I am a user of icc cable, last month I did not receive proper connections from Aug 2 to 20.
    I refused to pay the full bill for the month. My connection was cut from Aug 23 , right now I have no connection.
    Mr. AsifZakir is the person involved. So can this matter be settled?

  16. Horrible net service. It never works. Internet connection is mostly off and the engineers are very busy to assist customers.

  19. What is the problem in connection? There is no cable seems morning. Every time. this is the issue. You call customer care number it is not reachable or no one to answer calls. You try to connect the local network operator office no one there in office.

  20. We paid the money on 16.06.2016. Till now 23.06.16, they are unable to provide connection.

    For nearly a month we are not able to know the programmes names are not displayed, so also the movies shown by you from channel 1 to 24 the names of movies & summary of the movie are also not displayed. We do not understand what we are watching.
    Please see that all programmes on cable must display the name & summary of the show.
