Q. What equipment will I receive when I purchase a Reliance Digital TV connection?
A. On purchase of your Reliance Digital TV service, you will get a GSK (Get Started Kit) which contains your Get Started Voucher and Get Started Guide.

The Reliance Digital TV Installation Engineer will carry all the customer premise equipment such as –
** Set-top Box (SD/HD)
** HDMI cable (In case of an HD connection)
** Dish Antenna
** Remote with 2 AA Batteries
** Smart Card
** AV Cables (for connecting TV and STB)
** RG6 Cable (signal cable from Dish to STB)
** LNB
** Power Adaptor
** Setup Guide

Q. What should I do in case of any problem with my Reliance Digital TV Set-top box?

Q. Will my existing Reliance Digital TV remote work with the Reliance Digital TV Set-top box?
A. Yes, you can use the existing Reliance Digital TV remote to operate the Reliance Digital TV STB.

Q. I do not have an HD TV. Can I still watch HD content because my STB is HD?
A. Reliance Digital TV HD STB needs to be connected to a Full HD TV to experience the real magic of HD content. Without the HD STB you will only be able to view channels in standard definition. Connect the STB to the TV using Composite Video (Yellow interface) or Component (Red, Green Blue interfaces) and Audio (Red and White interfaces).
