  1. Hicare service is not as good as the name suggests. They definitely record the feedback after the service but action on it is not taken. After taking this service and after two services the cockroach infestation has increased manifold. But the officials have no time to come and see and do theflushout service.

  2. HiCare Services, the name is exactly the opposite to the kind of services they provide. The most pathetic service providers. This was an experience to share even before they could provide their service. So here is how my ordeal with the great HiCare stared. I booked the service for Pest-Control in Delhi on the 18/10/18 through person name AMIT having order number 18101086610. The service was scheduled between 11AM to 1PM. on 19/10/18. All this done and confirmed by AMIT, but on 19/10/18 till 2.30 PM nobody was at my place, speak with AMIT, Payal & Floor Supervisor in this regard but all in vain, So I have immediately cancelled my order. Request for everybody to be careful, when placing the order to this company.

  3. They have stole my cell phone. I want replacement.

  4. They have stolen my cell in a pocket. I have only three months paying. I was trying to get hold of you but I couldn’t get. How can I get replacement?

  5. HiCare Services- the name is exactly the opposite to the kind of services they provide. The most pathetic and shoddy service providers. This was an experience of a lifetime. (an experience to share even before they could provide their service). So here is how my ordeal with the great HiCare stared. I booked the service from Mumbai for Pest-Control in Kochi on the 7th of December. The service was scheduled for the 20th of Dec, between 2PM and 3PM. All this done and confirmed by “Shrutika”

    I called them at 11AM on 20th to confirm the service and requested them to pre-pone it by an hour. A very well-informed man, Mr Amit picks up the call and apologies. He says the Pest-Control team is busy and all the slots are full. They will come in at 2:00PM ONLY. At 3:15 PM i call them up and another lady picks up. Here is the best part, She informs me that HiCare providers have stopped services in Kochi since a week. So I fly down from Mumbai to Kochi only to hear this crap.

    Saying SORRY and getting away from the situation seems to be a fad with them. The only thing they could say was “our systems are not updated” ! I again get a call on the 21st Dec, from another rep who says ” sir, you had inquired about services with HiCare, how could we help you out? You guys are not capable of providing any kind of service, let alone Pest Control. I urge people NOT to use their services. You will be fooled , fleeced and not be given any services at the end.

  6. I had made online payment on 30th Nov 2016 for 1 year for a 2 bedroom flat at 14 Hindustan Park, Kolkata 700029. Till now I have not received the contract.

  8. I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

    Every time you are sending a different person for providing the service and in the result the termite is spread in our premises all over. As a result of this inadequate service the resulting inconvenience is intolerable.

    I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue on an urgent basis. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

    We look forward to your reply and actions.

  9. Order confirmation from Hicare – Ref. No. 133291 dated 26th july 2016.

    There has been totally no response from your service centre. Customer care;all the persons do only sweet lip talk. Looks I am being fooled and taken for a ride by a very well spread out organization. Repeated e-mails no response. Please refund back the money so that I can forget an unhappy episode. Will deal pest control from local bodies. Or let the pests have a merry time. One can understand why there is callous inefficiency and people complaining about. We have to have a national pride in whatever we do.
