** Every Australia Visa Application Centre operated by VFS maintains a Complaint Register for the benefit of applicants. The Supervisor of the Visa Application Centre shall provide access to the Register on demand.

** We will take your complaints / suggestions and feedback seriously, and will try to provide a full reply within 2 working days.
** If we cannot give you a full reply within this time we will inform you when we expect to do so and keep you updated with the progress.
** In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to “The Australian High Commission”; you can use the given link to express your views to the Australian High Commission.

    I, SHEIKH NASIRUDDIN, have lost my original payment receipt for the Portugal Visa application, ref no. PODI/230419/0034/01. I have come back to India from Portugal, and need to claim the visa fee from my Department. I need a duplicate fee payment receipt for this purpose. Kindly help me.

I had applied for Australian tourist visa on 06/06/2019 along with my husband Surinderjit Singh and submitted my application to VFS for visiting my daughter who is residing at Melbourne as single parent. My application reference is VLN.NO.AUX-IN-01-308867-X. I had also undergone medical on 11th June, 2019. My husband has received his visa yesterday on 18/07/2019. I request you to please advise me and tell the status of my application.

    I had applied for tourist visa of myself and my wife Gurdip Kaur on 6th June, 2019 with VFS Delhi for visiting my daughter residing in Melbourne. Our application details are as VLN Number AUX-IN-01-308866 and 308867-X. But we have not heard anything thereafter. We have also undergone medical examination on 11th June, 2019. Please let us know the status of our application.

  4. I have applied for Tourist Visa and submitted my file 6 on June 2019 at VFS global Chandigarh, yet no respond. How long will it take?

  5. I am desperately trying to get an issue resolved with VFS for a UK visa. I have lodged the application, made payment but unable to get into the appointment scheduling.   11. I filled an application, and while checking its status, I mistakenly deleted it. I tried to make it again as it is said I have already have a request in process. So I deleted my present account, and created a new account, and tried filling up the form. But despite of having deleted my previous account, it still did not let me apply for Australian visa.
