I had registered a complaint against VIVEKS TV service for not attending the sound issue. I am very upset. Complaint Number is 902zx3977.
I bought an air cooler from your Tambaram showroom on January 26 (or 27). I paid Rs.8700 thru debit card. They assured me that it will be delivered to my house address some one. I was also under the impression that the customer care staff/service staff will provide demo on how to use the unit. We have been waiting for the last 5 days but no one visited our house after delivering it. When called, your customer care staff is saying that no person from Viveks will provide demo. This was not communicated to me when buying it. I am disappointed with the way your staff are handling this issue. If you cannot provide the demo, please take back the unit and refund the full amount.

AC service is attended on 16.02.2018 for remote problem and Job number is 1010119. Technician take it for service, Still we have not received the remote, Kindly solve this issue.
