Sub: False amount debited during money withdrawal through ATM.
Respected Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to the subject matter. Please note that my Name is Tejbahadur Yadav having saving account no. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in your bank. I would like to inform you that I have made transaction (money withdrawal) through S.B.I Salemper deoria U. PATM on Dt. 17.10.2018 at 4:40 PM of Rs. 30000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only), while withdrawal I have only received Rs. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) by ATM in three transactions whereas I have made transactions of Rs. 10000/- in each time but have received money of two transactions only may be due to Bank server issue or ATM machine issue. Total amount received Rs. 20000/- instead of Rs. 30000/- because in three transactions one was failed but amount debited from the account.
Please note that till date the amount is not refunded into my above said account which was truly a false deduction.
I approached to speak with your bank personnel over phone and also gave a written application but the same is not yet considered. So please look into the matter and help me to get refund of the false deducted amount back to my account, I shall highly grateful to you.
