on 2nd October, I withdrawn the amount of Rs.10,000/- from NIT, Agartala at ATM counter but due to some internet problems I couldn’t get money, but I tried second time & I got money of Rs.10,000/- but in total Rs.20000/- was debited from my account. Next day on 04/10/2018, I complaint about this matter but till today I cannot get back money to my account . Please tell me, when do I get my money of Rs.10,000/- back in my account?

1 month back my ATM was block, now what can I do whether I need to apply for new ATM card or I need to consult with Branch Manager.
Write an application to your nearest p/s and do get entry and submit to your branch bank and apply for new ATM.
In Kailashahar town branch,I am a salaried s/b account holder for long. Wishing to get opened a s/b account for my son (minor) I submitted all necessary docs one month ago but it is a matter of great regret that taking proper appointment over phone I went down there 3 times but in vain. In accordance with the advice of that very responsible officer, today again I went there with my son as per time pre-scheduled but the responsible officer denied to do anything as they are busy and asking me to come tomorrow again with my son.
Could you advise me what to do?
Should I go tomorrow again ? In this branch repeatedly why this type of activities are getting indulged. We are really fed up with your so called officers.
