    The bank Manager of EDB bank raipur satwari is misleading and cheating the farmers of raipur on the matter of kissan credit card.Agriculture official informed us that interest will be 4% but bank manager is saying farmers have to pay the 10% rate interest and further bank manager is saying that it is compulsory for every farmer to take loan of 50 thousand at 10% interest rate.So your goodself is requested to investigate the matter as early as possible so that farmers may not suffer and please inform us regarding the above matter.Thanks

  2. Being a customer of EDB Bank Katra District, it is easy for depositing of some amount and for new FDRs. But when I visited in Branch the main door was closed and locked as the staff was taking lunch, at about 2.30. They opened the door and I entered into the branch. I asked the employee to give me form so that I can fill. On this he shout at me and asked to come after 3.pm. We are taking lunch and ordered to go outside the branch. This act of the official was highly objectionable and unbecoming of bank employee. I brought the matter into the notice of branch manager. He also supported his employee. So I decided to close my account on that branch because of the irresponsible of employee and Manger of the said branch. I requested to the branch manager to close my account immediately due to unsatisfactory service of your bank. Manger refused to do so and ask to go anywhere. Kindly take strict action against the Branch Manger and the said employee and close my account as I am not willing to operate my account due to poor service and irresponsible of bank employees.
