    Dear Sir

    I am Shankar Bhanudas Shinde, I request you that the loan of my two vehicles is running in your finance company and I have been trying for the last two months to get the loan statement of these vehicles and I have not received the loan statement yet.
    How many times have I talked to Customer Care and Hiran zakatia Sir for that loan statement and still I have not received the loan statement. I am making one last request to you. If I do not get this loan statement I will not pay any further installments
    I urge you to meet my loan statement as soon as possible within 24 hours
    The loan statement of the said car should be given by 11th March 2022

  2. Despite paying all EMIs in time, I keep getting calls from collections department. It’s been a harrowing experience. My contract no. Is 10137150. Customer centre is absolutely useless and all we hear is ‘sorry for inconvenience’. I am so fed up that I am closing my car loan by pre paying the entire amount in advance. Even for that the closure statement received is incorrect.

  3. DFS FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS NOT AT ALL EFFICIENT . I HAD SWITCHED THE BANK IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2020 AND INFORMED MY DEALER AND DFS WITH MY NEW ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR EMI DEDUCTION EVERY MONTH. DUE TO LOCK DOWN THE PAPERS WERE NOT PROCESSED AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO DO NEFT EVERY MONTH FOR MERCEDES EMI. I WAS DOING THE SAME BUT STILL MY ECS WAS HITTING MY OLD BANK N I WAS GETTING CHARGED 300/- PLUS GST IN MY ACCOUNT. IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2020 I PAID MY INSTALMENT THROUGH NEFT and DFS ALSO TAKEN EMI THRU ECS FROM MY OLD BANK . IN THIS PREVAILING CIRCUMSTANCES OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC WHEN EVERYONE’S FINANCES & INCOME IS IMPACTED , HOW CAN DFS CHARGE ME TWICE IN THE SAME MONTH ? THIS IS REALLY VERY ANNOYING . I M CALLING ON DFS NOS. NOONE IS READY TO PICK MY CALL . I EVEN CALLED REPRESENTATIVES FROM DFS ON PRESONAL NOS. BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE & NO CALLBACK..

    PAPERS AGAIN SUBMITTED ON 6TH JULY 2020 AND TODAY ITS 3RD SEPTEMBER 2020 THE PROCESS IS STILL NOT COMPLETED .FINALLY, AFTER LOOSING MY PATIENCE & BEING RUDE TO FINANCE PEOPLE IN SILVER ARROWS I GOT A MAIL FROM DFS TODAY STATING IT WILL COMPLETE BY SEPTEMBER.

    WHO & WHEN WILL MY EXTRA EMI WILL GET REIMBURSE ?
    WHO WILL PAY MY CHEQUE RETURN CHARGES ?

  4. Dharamraj Contracts

    We are a corporate client having borrowing for 15 trucks. As on date installment are paid up to date. But some other small amounts are shown overdue. Despite our many requests this mistake is not corrected. The position reported to CIBIL is also required to be corrected. Your representatives are not doing their job despite our repeated reminders.

  5. We bought a Leased car from Altair Engineering India Pvt Ltd, Loan Reference 30100736.
    Authorised signatory N.Sathyanarayana Pan APKPS4609E, is reported as co borrower. Despite clearing loan on time and getting no dues lease closure is not reported to CBIL.

    Have written numerous mails, no one is responding

  6. Sad to leave the comment here as a daimler customer, was contacted your finance department so many times for vehicle payment statement [contract number 20123035] and sanction letter but till now I didn’t get it from past two months.

  7. We participated in bidding on one Bharat Benz to buy the registered vehicle. Some brokers were told us as in bidding, we got Benz for our rate. Please clarify.
