• Vulcan courier service, Jamshedpur are ruining the reputation of both Vulcan and Snapdeal. I am a regular customer of Snapdeal almost every next day I use to buy things from Snapdeal. Now the problem is that your courier service Vulcan is ruining the reputation of Snapdeal because from last 2 week, I use to wait for my stuff I buy from 9 to 3 pm but no one came to deliver and no calls no visits by Vulcan courier service. • Very bad courier services. There is no option for speaking with customer care executive. Their website is also pathetic, whenever I am tracking my order I am not able to track it.

• Really very irritating service by Vulcan in Bangalore. I was not at home and they have not called me or sent me a message regarding the details of delivery. They have just entered that the consignee is out of station not even a call. Vet disgusting and sometimes they put that order is delivered on website but order wouldn't have been delivered. Snap deal is losing its customers by this worst service by Vulcan.

• Looking at number of complaints it has been proved that this vulcun courier is not reliable one. Then why does snapdeal giving consignment to vulcun. I booked my consignment with snapdeal on 27th January 2017 & selected express delivery by paying 100% payment with credit card.
