Delivery And Shipping Policy :
** For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order.
** We ship via our logistic service or several of the major mail carriers.
** any Product booked on the Website will be delivered within 5-7 working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order.We offer FREE SHIPPING in Kerala
** In case User books Order of multiple Products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together.

** However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User.

** Delivery pin code is not supported by major couriers. In this case we ship by Speed Post which takes a 4-5 days longer.
** Products are Manufactured in India and which are imported from outside India.

Conditions for cancellation :
** Cancellations on products are allowed only till the item is shipped from our warehouse.
** Please contact our customer care to assist with you the same.
** In case of cancellations, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for return:
** Returns for Furniture will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products.
** Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
** Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery
** Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

** It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit
