Shipping Policy

** Shyaway offers free Shipping across India on all orders over Rs. 749.
** A nominal charge of Rs. 49 is charged for all orders below Rs. 749.
** However for Shipping outside India it is mandatory that the customer will have to bear all the shipping expenses


** Foreign orders can be placed over phone at +918220444558 or can be mailed to contact AT shyaway.com
** All orders are usually processed and shipped within 4-7 business days in major cities and 5-15 business days for other locations of purchase.
** The delivery may vary according to the location of shipment and product availability.
** Some exceptions may apply.
Note :
** All items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
** Business Days Do Not Include Saturday and Sunday.

Return Policy

Note :
1. Any product bought during Sale or special promotions cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for any product(s) of same or higher price.
2. Exchange for a product will be entertained only once.
3. Refund to bank account will be given only for prepaid customers.

Steps to Initiate a Return :
Step 1 :Email us at contact AT shyaway.com or call us at +91822 0444 558 to initiate a Reverse Pick-up. (Based on service availability)
Step 2 :Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
Step 3 : If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box, along with the invoice. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item.
Step 4 : To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery or simply initiate a reverse pick-up with our logistic partner. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
Step 5 : Kindly write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.

  1. Today I revived my order but there is problem in my invoice no.2785.
    Order I’d is 23493. I ordered for shoes but it is not perfect sole. It is already torn. Your help line also not working.
