Shipping Policy

What are the delivery charges?
Urjakart.com delivers an order free of cost at your doorstep for all orders above Rs 1500. We bear all the Octroi/sales tax and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery. However, if you order amount is less than Rs 1500, a minimal shipping charge of Rs 150 is applicable for domestic shipping. For international shipping, charges are extra which will be mentioned with the order confirmation details.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items on Urjakart.com?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Urjakart.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on our shipping policy.

Urjakart.com does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
At the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. At times, Urjakart.com prefer not to ship to certain locations. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
** Whether the Urjakart.com ships to your location
** Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
** The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

How do you ship your orders?
We ship certain heavy items by ground couriers while other light items are shipped by air. We deliver most of our orders through our courier partners. For other locations not covered by our shipping partners, we use Indian Speed Post to deliver your orders.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

What is the general return policy on Urjakart.com?

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Urjakart.com, we assure you that all products sold on Urjakart.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case, the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Return policy has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns –
** Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
** Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
** Defective Products with No Warranty cover by the manufacturer.
** Specific Categories
** Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
** Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
** Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories.
