Shipping :
** At Tracksafe, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
** Our shipping fees includes processing, packing and courier charges.
** Most items in stock are shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.

** You can expect these to be delivered within 3-5 business days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

** Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm.
** Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Cancellations :

What is a wearable GPS device?
** We believe that for most accurate and consistent GPS tracking the product should not only be worn but it should also serve other purposes.
** For this reason we have selected designs like a watch and a Dog Collar
** It’s a device that allows you to send an SoS to your loved ones in the case of an emergency.
** It sends an SMS for help with your GPS coordinates and even initiates a voice call to a pre-designated number.
** Apart from these there are many features which enable you to build a safe environment for your loved ones like Safe Zones, Over-speeding Alerts, Drop Alert, devide removal alert

How does GPS Work ?
The device has a GPS chip embedded that uses the Global Satellite network to ping its position (or GPS coordinates). It sends these coordinates via SMS to your phone or via GPRS (Data Internet) to the online platform for you to view. We use Google Maps to convert these Coordinates into a Map positioning.
