What are the shipping charges?
** Applicable for all orders, i.e. COD and prepaid
** We have partnered with reputed logistic companies which deliver within 3-5 working days however we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to reasons beyond our control such as flight delays etc.

What is the buyer return policy?
** If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 14 days for a full refund as long as the following terms and conditions are met.
1. Product should be unused and undamaged
2. All original tags should not be removed from the garment
3. The original invoice should be returned along with the product
4. Product should be received by us in sealed condition
** Please note in case of returns of COD orders, the shipping charge and the COD convenience fee will be non-refundable.
** The amount of the returned product will be refunded as store credit or direct transfer to your bank account.
** Please note we have a ‘No Returns and No Exchange Policy’ on ‘Clearance Sale’ items.
** Items under ‘Offers’ can only be exchanged for a product of same value or more.
** Please note first exchange is free of charge however extra charges will apply for subsequent changes.
