Order :
1. How do I track my order?
The User can track the order just by entering the Order ID in the “Track Order Section” given in the top right corner of the page.

2. How do I get invoices for my previous orders without checking my e-mails?
The User can get the invoice just by login in the site and clicking on the my orders option, where they can find all the placed orders and their invoices.

3. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been confirmed by the vendor you will be receiving a confirmation mail from bind bind along with the order details.

4. What can I find in my order history?
The complete order history of the order is displayed. The information displayed are No. Of orders, No. Of returns, No. Of cancelled orders and so on.

5. Do I expect delivery on all days of the week?
Yes, we have our own delivery network hence we can deliver the products on all days of the week.

Payment :
1. What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all the basic types of payments such as debit, credit, net banking, COD.

2. When will I get the replacement or refund?
The refund and replacement depend on the products you order. The replacement will be accepted only if the product is not damaged. We won’t encourage any physical damage in the products.

3. How do I initiate a return and what happens afterwards?
When the actual product ordered is not received or the product is being damaged and you don’t want to replace then you can go for return. The user can return the product by clicking on the return button under my orders. Once the return is been initiated the bindbind courier team will be receiving the product from the customer place within the next 24 hours. The return product cost will be credited within the next 21 days.

4. What is cash on delivery?
The User can order the product without paying the money at the time of ordering. The user can pay the money when they receive the product.

Returns :
1. My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?
The user will be getting a mail as soon as the product is been received by the bindbind. Then the initiation of the payment will be made as per the conditions.

2. When will I get the replacement or refund?
Once the return is being accepted by the bindbind. The replacement or refund will be initiated and will be reaching the customer within the next 21 days from the date of refund acceptance.

3. What is the return period of an item?
The return period of the items vary based on the products you ordered. The return will be accepted only within the next 24 hours of the delivery is been made to the customer.

Shipping :
1. What is the estimated delivery/shipment days?
Vendor generally obtain and ship the product’s within the days specified on the product page. Estimated delivery days based on the following factor, Based on the Natural calamities, Based on the public holidays and bundh, Product’s availability with the Vendor, Based on location of the Seller and distance of the customer.
