Shipping and Delivery :
** Successful orders are shipped within 24 hrs of placing an order and normally delivered in 3-4 working days from the dispatched date.
** Shipping price is added based on your cart value, products, shipping choices and location during checkout.
** You should receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction.
** If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Planeteves.

** We ship items as soon as possible. In the shopping cart, estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product and these does not include weekends or holidays.
** Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.).

Refund Policy :

** If you have placed an order that has been shipped that you wish to cancel,

** Once the order is received back at our location, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit card, net banking etc); however shipping charges will not be refunded.
