Shipping & Delivery

1. How do you ship products?
We avail the services of the most reliable and leading logistic companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order(s). We have global logistic services of Bluedart.

2. Do you charge for shipping?
Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders.

3. How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
In case of prepaid orders we strive to ship the products as soon as possible. We strive to deliver the product within 7 working days. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 7-8 days of purchase.

4. Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle.

5. How are items packaged?
All items are carefully & safely packed and sealed to ensure that they are not damaged enroute. Our delivery partners are trained to handle your precious cargo with extreme care.

1. What is your exchange policy for custom tailored orders?
We do not have a Custom tailoring as an option, however, if any product has been altered they will not be exchanged or returned, as they have been altered as per your specification.**

2. Will I get a money refund?
Yes we do have a refund Policy, we make a full refund if you choose to get a full refund. Also if you do not wish to shop with us presently, we can issue a store credit of the amount same as your order amount which can be used as per your convenience.

3. Can I use multiple coupons and offers at once?
No, You cannot use a coupon in conjunction. You can only use one coupon or an offer at one time. Only a Store Credit can be used in conjunction with another coupon code or any offer.
