1. What is passmyorder’s Shipping Philosophy?

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
** An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

** Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.Delivery within 2 business days

Tracking :
1. How do I track my Order?
** Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
** Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
** I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.
** Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below.

Return & Refund Policy :
** If you wish to change, modify or cancel your order, it can be done provided the product has not yet been shipped to you by the seller.
** To find out the shipping status, please call on +91 7097298880, or drop in a mail at supportAT passmyorder.com or simply log on to Passmyorder.com.
** You will need to provide your name, email and order ID for registering your request.
** In the rare case of you receiving a defective, damaged, or a not-as-described product by the seller

The following products shall not be eligible for return:
** Flowers, chocolates, cakes, mithai, dry fruits, vegetables, food items, perishable items, lingerie, or innerwear.
** We advise you not to accept delivery of such products that are damaged or not-as-described by the seller.
** In case of you receiving spoiled edible products you must call or drop in a mail within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help resolve the problem.
** Products that do not apply to any warranty and/or return policy will be made specific in the product details section.
** We take anywhere between 10-15 days to complete your refund request. For all products cancelled and/or returned, you will be given a credit for the same amount you have already paid.
** A refund is processed based on the mode of payment. Credit card refunds are done back to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.
** Net banking refunds are done to the bank account you made the payment from.
** For Cash on delivery, Cheques and Demand Drafts, refunds are done in the form of pay orders, which will be delivered to the billing address.

Returns for products that are damaged, or not-as-described product by the seller :
** You must call or drop in a mail at support AT passmyorder.com within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help resolve the problem either by arranging for replacement or refund by the seller.
** You will need to provide your name, email ID, telephone number or mobile number and order ID for registering your complaint
** You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with product within 7 days of registering your complaint.
** Do review the products that cannot be returned.
