Delivery Policy :
** IO2Zone aims to get your order delivered as early as possible. This in place, we still expect you to be informed of our terms that are mentioned beneath.
** IO2Zone assures the delivery within three weeks from the date of dispatch that will be discussed at the time of order taking process.
** To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or at a location where there will be someone to receive and sign for it in between 10am to 5pm during working days.
** If there is no one at the delivery address a notice of delivery card can be left at the address, and you would be expected to contact the relevant third party.

Delayed Deliveries :
** Delayed deliveries attract either re-shipment or refund of the complete amount of the transaction.

Overseas Deliveries :
** International destinations attract an additional delivery charges that can be discussed/informed at the time of order taking.

Returns Policy :
** If the wrong product is delivered in terms of wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item;
