Shipping Policy :
** For all orders booked in Salt n Soap, Bluebeaks Solutions LLP will attempt to deliver the goods within 24 elapsed hours from the date and time of Confirmation of the Order.

** An Order placed by you is considered Confirmed when a designated personnel from Bluebeaks Solutions LLP calls up at the mobile number provided by you in the Shipping and/or Billing details and the person receiving the call acknolwedges the placement of the Order and agrees to receive and pay for the Order (if payment not already made through Credit/ Debit Card/ Netbanking/ Mobile Wallet/ PayPal) either in person or through any authorised representative.

** If shipping of goods cannot be executed because of incorrect or incomplete address or if the customer is not contactable at the contact number provided at Salt n Soap Site or the customer or his/ her authorised representative is not available at the delivery location mentioned in the shipping address to receive the delivery or the shipping address is locked or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Bluebeaks Solutions LLP will not be liable for delivery of goods.

** In such cases, the customer will be liable to pay for the full amount ordered and cannot claim refund for the materials ordered.

** In such cases where an Order is Confirmed and the delivery date and time is agreed between you or your representative receiving the Order and Bluebeaks Solutions LLP, but you or your representative is not available at the shipping address at the approximate time of delivery or refuse to accept the delivery for reasons other than expiry or damage of products as visible to naked eye, the delivery person will wait up-to a maximum of 15 minutes to deliver the Order.

Delivery Zones :
** Bluebeaks Solutions LLP will provide delivery of goods and services through Salt n Soap in certain “delivery zones” in certain cities.
** Such delivery zones will normally be mentioned in the Site and updated from time to time.
** Users are recommended to keep themselves updated with the delivery zones where the delivery of goods and services are provided before carrying out any transaction on the Site.
** Bluebeaks Solutions LLP reserves the right to add, remove or change any delivery zone where the goods and services of Salt n Soap will be provided without any prior notification.

Return and Cancellation Policy :
** Goods once ordered on the site cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
** We strongly recommend that the customer physically inspects the materials ordered before delivery.

** Bluebeaks Solutions LLP will not charge for such materials (in case of cash on delivery) or adjust the corresponding amount against the customer’s debit/ credit card/ balance/ bank account (in case of payment through debit card/ credit card/ net banking) in case the product is damaged or expired beyond usability as visible to the naked eye.

** Goods once ordered cannot be returned because of any other reason apart from physical damage or expiry as visible to the naked eye.
** Bluebeaks Solutions LLP reserves the right not to accept any order without assigning any reason.
** The customer will not be liable to pay for such orders.
** In case the customer has already paid for such orders through debit card/ credit card/ net banking, Bluebeaks Solutions LLP will refund the amount through a mode that Bluebeaks Solutions LLP deems fit.

Payment Mode :
** At present payment can be made to Bluebeaks Solutions LLP for products or services purchased at Salt n Soap through the following modes
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
2. Credit/ Debit Card, Netbanking and Mobile Payment
3. PayPal
4. Online Bank Transfer
** In case of Online Bank Transfer, the amount needs to be transferred to the bank details of which are provided in the Order screen as well as in your Order.
** The transfer of money needs to be done before the delivery of products.
** Salt n Soap will deliver the products only after confirmation from the bank that the due amount is credited.
** Salt n Soap is not liable to deliver the goods if the exact amount has not be credited to the specified bank account.
