Where do we deliver ?
We deliver all across Jaipur.

How will I get my order ?
At Pinkcitykirana.com, we personally deliver your order. We ensure you that your order gets to you very fast with the best quality. We will send a confirmation message on your mobile number registered with us once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do I need to pay any delivery charges ?
For order equal or above INR 800, you do not need to pay any delivery charges. However for order below INR 800, you need to pay INR 30 as delivery charges.

When will I get my order ?
Orders recieved between midnight (12 AM) to 3 PM will be delivered on the same day between 5 pm to 8 pm.
Orders recieved between 3 PM to midnight (12 AM) will be delivered next day between 11 AM to 2 PM.

What if I missed the delivery ?
If you were not available to accept the delivery, our delivery executive will contact you and ask for the alternate delivery instructions. If he is unable to contact you, he will leave a note at your door with our customer care number to reschedule your delivery. Please call one day before to reschedule your delivery.

Cancellations and Returns :
Can I add items or modify or cancel my order after it is placed ?
Please call us at 1800-2700-223 (Toll-free) immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order.During call please keep your “ORDER NO” with you for reference.

Can I return an item, If I am not satisfied with ?
We maintain an absolute “No question asked” return policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the excellence, price or quality of the products, please do return the necessary items to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. The delivery executive will take the items back and process the entire refund at the same time.

How will I get my amount back if I cancel my order after online payment?
In case of online payment, If you cancel your order for any reason,your amount will be refunded directly to your bank account within 7 business working days but cancellation must be done before dispatching the order or within 4 hours after placing the order, otherwise no cancellations would be entertained

How can I pay for my PCK orders ?
You can pay by Credit Card, Atm/Debit Card, Net banking ,Cash Card,Card on delivery and Cash on delivery.In Case of cash on delivery you need to pay the exact amount of your bill at the time of delivery.

Are there any hidden charges ?
No, the price listed on product page is all you need to pay. No additional Tax and no other hidden charges are there.

Do I get an invoice of my order ?
Yes, you will recieve an invoice of your order at the time of delivery. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice in “My Orders” section.
