What are the delivery charges?
FRESH n EASY provides free same day delivery (on all orders before 3PM everyday) on all items if your total amount is INR 1500 or more.There is a flat INR 100 delivery charge for all other shipments (as long as the order value is over INR 500).

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are delivered within 3-24 hours at the time of placing the order. If you place your order before 3PM on any day, the order will be delivered the same day before 8PM. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if any product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received any product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 897511110 or email us at support AT freshneasy.in mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 24 hours. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery

Q. How do I return products purchased on FRESH n EASY.in?
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless the product on arrival is damaged, expired, or faulty. Our supply crew checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased on freshneasy.in can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resaleable condition.

Q. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
The amount will be refunded to you to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or NetBanking, which takes upto 8 to 10 working days to feature in your statement. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds.

Please contact our customer support in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us.
