Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 1000, however if the order is below then we charge Rs.25 as delivery fee other than the cost of the products.

What is the minimum order for delivery?
Minimum order for delivery is Rs.500 but we charge Extra Rs.25 as delivery fee.

Request will be accepted on the availability of slot and delivery personel.

What are delivery Slots?
Delivery Slots are the time slots during which you will receive your orders. Localkiranastore currently offer 3 delivery slots each day. These are
(i) Ist Slot -7:00AM to 9:30AM
(ii) IIndSlot -1:00PM to 3:00PM
(iii) IIIrd Slot-7:00PM to 10:00 PM

Can I add order once the order is already placed?
No, you will not be able to make any changes once the order is placed. However if you wish to add some more product you can place new order and at the time of delivery amount will be clubbed and paid as single order

Can I change the order once the order is placed?
Order can be changed on phone and amount will be paid accordingly but at least a day before delivery.

How do I add the order once order is placed?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

You can pay for your order on localkiranastore.com using the following modes of payment:
a) Cash on delivery
b) Sodexo coupons

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order after the delivery will reach your doorstep.
