Delivery :
When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot.
Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you. If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration we will credit 10% of your order value to your Grocereez account.

What are the delivery Time slots?
** Grocereez delivers from 7 am – 10.00 pm in Visakhapatnam, 7 days a week.
** You simply select the time slot most convenient to you and we will be there!

Normal Delivery:
Place your order before 7 pm for delivery up to 2:30 pm the next day. Any order placed post that can be delivered in a time slot of your choice.
** Slot 1 – 7:00 am to 9:30 am
** Slot 2 – 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
** Slot 3 – 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm
** Slot 4 – 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Express Delivery : Available in Visakhapatnam,Bhubaneswar only.
** Place your order before 12 noon and get your order delivered the same day in one of the below mentioned time slots.
This is chargeable at Rs.49/- per delivery.
** 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
** 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
** 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked, hand cleaned and hand packed in reusable plastic trays covered with cling.We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your Grocereez account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders.
