Refund Policy :
** At F&F, we are committed to provide you with best quality products.
** Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us.
** You can conveniently initiate the return over phone by calling us at 8760 666 766 within 2 days in case of fruits and vegetables and within 10 days in case of other products.
** We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Returns policy may vary depending on the product.
** For F&F brand products, the item will be replaced / refunded even if the product is opened and used. Replacement / refund will be provided for the unused / returned quantity only.
** For fruits and vegetables, replacement / refund will be provided in the subsequent order if the product is bad / damaged. Replacement / refund will be provided for the bad / damaged quantity only.
** For other brand products (non F&F), the item will be replaced / refunded if the product seal is not opened.
** If the pack is opened, then replacement / refund will be provided only if the product is stale / not good.
