Delivery Policy :
** Two(2) Delivery Slots are available – 10 am-2pm(Slot 1) and 5pm-9pm(Slot 2).

** An order placed before 2pm will be delivered in the Slot 2 the same day and if placed after 2 pm till 10 am(next day), it will be delivered in Slot 1. Although you may always tell us which Slot suits you and we will deliver the order in that Slot.

** We deliver 7 days a Week, 365 Days a Year and the Website is Open 24/7.

Please note :
** The delivery process will initiate only after the verification of the order, in case the verification process is not complete due to unavailability of the person; verification call not received, the order will not be shipped.

** Verification is needed only when you place your “First Order” on our website.
** Verification will not be done for the Customers who have already paid using ‘Online Payment Gateway’.
** Orders placed by repeat customer will not be verified and will be delivered in the specified time.

Shipping Cost:
** Shipping is free for all orders worth Rs. 800 or more.
** A nominal delivery charge of Rs. 55 will be applicable on orders below Rs. 500
** & Shipping Cost of Rs. 30 on Orders range worth Rs.500 to Rs. 800
** Minimum order should be of Rs. 250.

Returns :
** We do not entertain any returns since we are selling daily use products/grocery.
** Although in case if a product/s have a manufacturing defect, the quality is not up to the mark, the same can be returned.
** You need to call us at our helpline number stating the problem withing 24 hours of the delivery, a pick up will be arranged at the earliest.
** Pick up guy will verify the product/s and the related quality issue along with the batch number/hologram/marking to verify if it is the same product that was sold to you by us.

** Once verified, the product/s will be exchanged or the total amount paid by the customer for that product only will be refunded to the customer in Cash irrespective of the payment mode chosen by the Customer to purchase the same.

Cancellation :
** Cancellation, partial or complete, is possible only before your order has been dispatched from our side.
** We deliver the products the same day or at the most the next day.
** There is a very small time window available for the customers to cancel the order.
** Currently we do not provide online cancellation, customers are requested to call at our Helpline for any Cancellation or Modification.
** The complete amount paid by the Customer will be refunded back.
