Delivery and Shipping fees :
** We are delivers only in Salem
** The order will be delivered right to your doorstep at free of cost for on orders over Rs. 199.99.
** We are providing only cash on delivery(COD).
** If you have purchased below Rs. 200 we have charged RS. 20 for shipping fees
Refund and Cancellation :
Product Defects / Returns policy :
** Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.
** Goods sold will not be taken back unless the product is damaged, expired, or faulty during delivery time.
** If any of the goods prove to be defect, please return the same at the time of delivery.
** The item needs to be in its original unused condition and packaging, with any labels intact, then we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Refund policy :
** In case of returns being taken as per our returns policy, for cash on delivery, we will return the money for the returned goods at the time of delivery itself.
** In case of credit card payments we will credit the money back to your credit/debit card or Net banking which takes upto 8 to 10 working days to reflect in your statement.
** We will not be giving any cash refunds for purchase done using credit card payments.

Cancellation of Order :
** You can cancel your order at any time. Call (9965834442) with order id before we process (usually within 2-3 hours of placing the order).
** Cancellation after 3 hour is not acceptable due to any reason.

Kesavan Grocery Store was founded by then Late Mr. Kesavan Chettiar in the year 1962 to cater the grocery needs of chinnaseeragapadi and surrounding peoples. The Founder of the Company was a small time grocery trader making sweets and snacks and selling to the nearby Markets of Attayampatti and other Weekly Market(Sandhai). Soon he made a shop on his own and start selling “sweets and snacks” and Groceries.
