Shipping & Return Policy :
** We ship Malayalam books to ANY destination in the world. And we do our best to ensure that the ordered products of our valued shoppers are delivered on time.
** We offer two types of shipping services; Standard Shipping and Speed Shipping.

Standard Shipping :
** Standard Shipping is available only in India and it is absolutely FREE for all the orders above Rs 501.
** We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49 for the orders upto Rs 501.
** Books will be dispatched to you within 2 working days of realisation of the payment.
** Mode of dispatch will be cost-effective shipping options like Standard Courier Service, Registered Post or Business Parcel Post.
** Delivery time will be 6-12 days.

Speed Shipping :
** This is a premium service and you need to pay extra for it.
** If you choose Speed Shipping, books will be dispatched to you on the same day of realisation of the payment.
** Mode of dispatch will be premium shipping options like BlueDart or Speed Post.
** Speed Shipping is currently available inside India and to many foreign destinations.
** Delivery time will be 2-5 days.

Shipping Outside India :
** We deliver books at almost all the international locations.
** If you can not find your country in our shipping list, kindly contact us using our Contact Form.
** In order to deliver books outside India, we have to charge you the actual expenses irrespective of the size of the order.
** Shipping cost for your order is displayed at the shopping cart, before clicking the final button for checkout.
** This cost includes shipping charge, tax, surcharge and payment gateway charges.
** Shipping will be BY AIR. We use Speed Post for most of the countries.
** However, Registered Air Parcel Service of India Post is used for the destinations where Speed Post is not serving.

Return Policy :
** If you want to return a book packet, we have a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
** You may return any unopened packets within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs.
** Refund will be as store credit in your account with Indulekha. This can be used to make payment in your next purchase.
** Please note that it should be unopened and in its original packing.
** If you receive an item that is damaged/ defective or receive a wrong item, please notify us at the earliest using our Contact Form, quoting your order number.
