Staffs doesn’t value customer and very bad response.they did not attent the phone calls …their behaviour is very poor.never i suggest to my friends and family to visit dhanya pooyappally branch
പത്തനാപുരം ധന്യ സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങിച്ചു അതിനുശേഷം വണ്ടിയിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരുവാൻ ഒരു ഹെൽപ്പ് നിയമിക്കണമെന്ന് എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു അപ്പോൾ ഇവിടെ കറങ്ങി നടക്കുന്നത് അല്ലാതെ സാധനങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടു വയ്ക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നില്ല ഇല്ല

Hence for i dont buyanything from Dhanya Shpoes and i will cascade this information to all friends and relatives .
I am a regular customer of Dhanya Kottarakara and experiencing bitter experience now a days, the days of Covid-19,the period of distress to the people all over the world.your establishment is still insisting to open the store from 0900hrs to 1700hrs instead of 0700hrs to 1700hrs. which is causing difficulty to the customers across Kerala state and creating undue crowd in front of the supermarket at the time of opening, resulting into Police action as there should be 5 men at a time is allowed inside the store.please interfere and join hand with the customers and help them during this period of demand.all other stores are working from 07to 17hrs.please do cooperate and revise the timings, only for this “lock-down”period period.
ഇന്ന് വൈകുന്നേരം ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ Dhanya Sup er Market ൽ നിന്ന് Bru instant Coffee Powder and Arrow root biscuitഎടുത്ത് Counter ൽ Bill അടിച്ച് 500 രൂപയുടെ Note കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ ബാക്കി 400 രൂപ തരാൻ ഇല്ലാ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് എന്നെ അവിടെ നിർത്തി അടുത്ത ആളുടെ Bill അടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. എന്റെ കൈയ്യിൽ 500 രൂപയുടെ Note അല്ലാതെ ചില്ലറ ഇല്ലായിരിന്നു.
വേറെ നിവർത്തി ഇല്ലാതെ സാധനം വേണ്ടാ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങി.
എത്ര വലിയ ബിസിനസ്സ് സ്ഥാഥാപനമാണെങ്കിലും മര്യാദ ഇല്ലാത്ത staff ആണേൽ ….
രാമൻകുളങ്ങര ധന്യ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ രാവിലെ ഒരു ദിവസം ചെന്നാലും ഒരു വെജിറ്റബിൾസും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.വെജിറ്റബിൾസിനെ കുറിച്ച് തിരക്കുമ്പോൾ അവിടെ ഉള്ള സ്ത്രീ ആയിട്ടുള്ള മാനേജർ കസ്റ്റമറോഡ് ചാടി കയറുന്ന സമീപനമാണ്. പലപ്പോളും രാമൻകുളങ്ങര ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങി വീട്ടിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ പല സാധനം മിസ്സായിട്ട് വിങ്ങും ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ പോകേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി ധന്യ സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ നിന്നും സാധനങ്ങൾ പല ബ്രാഞ്ചുകളിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. അവരുടെ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള മോശം പെരുമാറ്റം മൂലം ഇനി ഒരു ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ നിന്നും സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുകയുമില്ല. എന്റെ അറിവിൽ അവിടെ നിന്ന് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവരെ കൂടി പിൻതിരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്
