Delivery & Shipping Policy :
1. Shipping is free for orders valued above Rs. 599 (For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane customers only) and for orders above 999 (for Ambernath-Badlapur, Karjat, Vasai, Virar & Ulhasnagar).

2. For orders below Rs. 599, shipping charge of Rs. 80 is applicable for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane) and for orders below 999 Rs 150 is applicable for Ambernath-Badlapur, Karjat, Vasai, Virar & Ulhasnagar.

3. Shipping is free for orders valued above Rs. 999 for customers from tier-I cities, orders valued above Rs. 1599 for customers from tier-II cities other tier cities shipping is free for orders valued above Rs 1999.

4. For orders below Rs. 999, shipping charges Rs. 150 will be applicable and on the final bill and for orders below 1599 & 1999 a shipping charge of Rs 175 is applicable on the total bill.
5. Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai-Orders placed between Tue-Sat are delivered to the customer on the next day and orders placed on Sun & Mon are sent for delivery on Tuesday.
6. For Rest of India-All orders handling time is 24 hrs from the day of order. And shipping time is 48 hrs.
7. Shipping is done through our organic garden delivery services for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane and through our shipping partner FedEx Delivery Services for rest of India.

8. For Customers outside Mumbai/Navi Mumbai & thane, depending on the customer’s shipping address; the consignment will be delivered within 2 to 7 days from the date of registering the order. (Considering Groceries and Others are dry items and has a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year)

9. For Customers from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai & thane, the order shall be delivered within 1-2 days (Considering Fruits & Vegetables have a high perishability and has a shelf life of 3-6 days)
10. We deliver across India to all major cities, please select your location before proceeding.
11. Any applicable Octroi/Entry Tax will be borne by the customer
12. We do not accept International orders currently.
