Returns or Refunds :
** If at any time You are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods You have purchased, You may call the vendor/Service Provider/Store/Company/Proprietor/Individual/In various forms and capacities(One who serves or offers goods and services)/goods/service provider directly and also write to us with your complaint.

** It will be noted and will forwarded to the respective Advertiser/service provider/seller /supplier for its resolution or you can directly complaint to Advertiser/service provider/seller and may claim for a credit, replacement or refund of the purchased damaged or incorrect product directly from the supplier/vendor/Service Provider/Store/Company/Proprietor/Individual/In various forms and capacities.

Cancellation and Modification :
** Cancellation or modification of any bookings made facilitated through Zohukum media/communication channels shall be strictly in accordance with the Advertisers/published/listed/classified vendors/members/suppliers/Service Provider/Store/Company/Proprietor/Individual/In various forms and capacities.

** You may directly for processing any requests pertaining to cancellation or modification.
** The cancellation and modification request shall be directly handled and managed by the customers.
