What is your delivery area?
We deliver everywhere in India.

Do you charge for delivery?
There is no charge for delivery if you buy for Rs.750 or above. If your order amount is less than Rs.750, we charge Rs.75 for delivery.

What are the modes of payment?

How long do you take to deliver?
We ship from Chennai. If your shipping address is in Tamil Nadu, it will take 1-2 business days. For other states, it will take longer. Typically, your order will be delivered in 1-4 business days depending on your shipping address.

What precautions are taken so that my order doesn’t suffer any damage during transport?
We take utmost care in packing your order. Your order is packed in a hard cardboard box to ensure safe and hassle-free transport. Fragile products (glass bottles etc.) are bubble wrapped, and enough packing material is used to make sure products do not move during transport and reach you in good condition.

My shipment did not contain all the products I ordered. But I was charged for all products. What now?
We make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. In rare instances, a product might go out of stock after you have ordered it. In such instances, your order will be shipped without that product. We will, however, refund the amount promptly and without fail.

How do you handle returns?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can bring it to any of our stores for a full refund or exchange. As of now, we do not accept returns through mail.

Can I cancel an order after I have placed it?
No, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
