2. What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Montecarlo.in offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 10,000 on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option on the payment page.

 

3. Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons –
1. Your order value may be below Rs. 1000 OR
2. Our courier partners may not support Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.

4. Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Cash on Delivery?
No, Montecarlo.in does not charge anything extra for Cash on Delivery facility.

1. How to place an order?
We at Monte Carlo try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that’s why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to montecarlo.in > scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Select the color > Click on Buy Now > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information > make the payment through Credit/Debit Card /Net banking or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > your order would be placed successfully.

2. How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).

3. How orders on Montecarlo.in are delivers to me?
We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).

4. How would Monte Carlo intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.

Returns / Size Replacement :
** We hope that you will love every purchase with us.
** But if ever a product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from product selected in order,
** you can return it in its original condition by informing to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
** In case of any issues related to manufacturing defect after using the product, customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.

Cancellation or Modification

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can but you can do so within 6 hours of placing an order or before we have processed your order by contacting our customer care at +91 8196922333, 0161-5048700.

2 Can I modify my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can modify the size, colour or shipping address of your order by contacting our customer support team at 0161-5048700, +91 8196922333. Our customer care associates can modify your order if you contacted us before we have processed it. This is subject to availability of the product required.

3. When and how would I receive refund of order I have cancelled?
If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Netbanking then we will issue a cash voucher of the same amount to your account with 30 days validity which you can use in your next purchase with us.

Shipping

1. How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally, we ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order and it takes 5 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location).In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 3 months from date of order shipping, no complaint after 3 months will be entertained.
