How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 4-10 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Why did I receive a partial Order?
Partial orders can be delivered due to unavailability of certain items and incase of any refund for pre-paid orders of amount same will be initiated automatically and will reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.

How do I track my Order?
1. Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

What are the Limitations for international deliveries?
1. For products shipped internationally, please note that the any manufacturer warranty may not be valid.
2. Products are not available out of range country list.
3. Manufacturer service options may not be available
4. Product manuals may not be in the destination country languages
5. The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements
6. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

What is your Returns & Replacements policy?
If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit Gullybaba offers replacement at no additional charge to international customers. In other cases, we do not offer returns and replacements at this time.

How do you calculate the delivery estimates?
We calculate the delivery estimates by adding the estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes for a package to travel from our/merchants facilities to your destination address. This depends upon your delivery location and shipping option chosen by you.

Do you have Cash on delivery on International orders?
No, currently we do not have Cash on Delivery on International orders.

What is process for paying using Cash on Delivery on an order?
You can select Cash on Delivery on an order if
1. Your selected products are available for Cash on Delivery.
2. Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).
3. You have a valid mobile number.

No, there are no hidden costs included on any product you buy from us. The final cost is mentioned on the payment page and you shall have to pay nothing more than that.

I want to pay at delivery. Is that possible?
You can make use of our Cash on Delivery (COD) option. By selecting this payment option, you are required to pay money on the delivery of your product.

May I pay by cheque upon delivery of my order (When I select COD)?
Sorry, we do not accept cheques. The payment for COD has to be done in cash.

How will I receive my refund in case I have paid on COD?
In case we need to provide refund for a COD order, customer is provided with store credit for the same. We also refund for the order by asking account details from the customer.

Can I make a purchase without Debit/Credit card on Gullybaba.com?
You can choose for other payment method such as Net Banking, Cash/Cheque/Demand draft. We also have a facility of COD for almost all the products.
